Los Angeles-based Hopeblit’s social impact
film division , A Voices Unheard Film, has joined forces with the highly
anticipated film Paro: The Untold Story of Bride Slavery , aiming to shine a
light on the brutal realities faced by women trapped in bride slavery. The
film, which is set to make waves globally, brings together an impressive team,
including acclaimed actress, writer, and producer Trupti Bhoir, who is the
backbone of the project, alongside Producer Sandeep Sharda and Executive
producer Priya Samant, with Music composed by Satish Chakravarthy &
Direction by the award-winning Gajendra Ahire.
In a groundbreaking move, Executive producer
Ruhi (also known as Rohini Hak ), founder of HopeBlit - A Voices Unheard Film,
facilitated the involvement of influential Hollywood figure Metta World Peace
as executive producer, to further elevate the film’s mission. Paro stars Taha
Shah Badussha , known for his stellar performance in his role in Heeramandi,
alongside Trupti Bhoir , producer of Oscar listed " Touring Talkies",
who passionately emphasizes the film's core mission: to expose these hidden
stories and fight for the basic human rights of women suffering in silence.
Trupti Bhoir , the filmmaker behind the
groundbreaking feature film on bride slavery, powerfully stated, “Bringing
these stories to light is not just about raising awareness, it’s about creating
real change on the ground for these women. This film is my fight for their
basic human rights.” Bhoir’s heartfelt commitment to the cause is matched by
the voices of Metta World Peace and Akio Tyler, who share her passion for
